PROPOSED CALENDAR OF STUDENTS’ EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES FOR 2^ND SEMESTER 2019/20 ACADEMIC SESSION

1.0      Cultural, ethics, religious group, clubs and social associations. Monday 22^nd Feb - sat 27^th Feb 2021.

2.0      Department and school associations; Mon 1^st March- Wed 10^th March 2021

3.0      Lifting of ban on SUG ELECTIONEERING CAMPAIGNS (with effect from 6:00pm): Tue 9^th march.

4.0      Presentation of seleco members by the SUG executives to the DSA (to be presented to the dean students affairs unfailingly on or before the schedule date): Wed 10^th march 2021.

5.0      Hall week (activities to commence from 4:00pm - 7:00pm): Wed 10th March - 12^th March 2021.

6.0      SUG WEEK (lecture free hours will only be observed on rag day and SUG Election Day): Sat 13^th March - Sat 20^th march 2021.

7.0      ELECTION WEEK ( To cover SUG, hall Excos, departmental, religious, ethnic, cultural, clubs, and social associations election, lecture free days.

(i)          Manifesto Mon 22^nd March 2021.

(ii)        Election of 2.0 above Tue 23^rd March 2021

(iii)      SUG election Wed. 24^th March 2021

8.0      Inauguration/swearing-in-ceremony: Fri. 26^th March 2021 (Apart from the SUG, principal officers-elect inauguration, executives of all associations will equally be sworn-in).
